Won't turn on

So i was initializing my ps4 today due to a disc reading error, immediately after the system stopped turning on. It beeps once, the light comes on for a second then nothing until i unplug and try again. Seems like a power supply issue, but has happened immediately after initiallizing. I have tried all the quick fixes, nothing is working, please help!
