Why is my iPhone always restarting
My iphone always get hot and restart every 30 seconds
And i have uninstalled most of my apps

We'll need some more detail to know for sure. Tons of things could cause this. Althought due to the age of the phone, I might start at taking a look at the battery health.
Additionally I would have a look at both the iPhone Keeps Restarting and iPhone Kernel Panic pages. There will be loads of things to check that might give you a better idea of what's up. Keep us posted on any updates,
