No video signal but powers on

Hi everyone i have a ps4 slim that had a video signal problem. At the beginning it was intermittent problem. I changed hdmi port with no luck. then i changed hdmi ic and lost the video completely! i even try new hdmi and new ic with no luck. All the filters and diodes are reads good.

What am i missing ?

Is the HDMI fuse blown? Are you getting 5v at pin 18?

I just check it an not getting 5v from pin 18. but fuse is OK if it’s only fuse on the other side of the board
