"Whea uncorrectable error" blue screen

Hello, I changed the processor of my pc and I also put a new graphics card in it, and when i play any game (Fifa 23, Valorant, Tomb Raider, Fall Guys, etc) it crashes and restarts itself or the error "whea uncorrectable error" appears.
I tried formatting the pc from 0, downloading the latest version of drivers and bios, verifying that everything is well connected, etc.  I also tried changing the power cable of the power supply, and it keeps happening.
Then, I changed the processor to the old one, leaving the graphics card, and it worked fine, but when I reinstalled the new one, the error appeared again.
Can someone help me?

Two things spring to mind. And maybe you've done this already, but have you tried clearing the CMOS between the two CPUs? I would even go so far as to remove the little button cell battery rather than just using the jumpers.

no, I didn't do that, but I took the pc to a computer technician and he told me that he didn't get the error and it worked fine. Later, I tried it in another house and it worked fine. I don't think it's a computer problem. What should I buy to fix it? I also tried with voltage stabilizer and it didn't work.
