Touch screen not working.

The touch screen isn't working. I purchased a Surface Pro with a bad battery and broken screen. Touch screen was working initially before screen replacement. I've tried two different screens so it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue. All of the drivers appear to be installed properly. I ran the hardware check and everything passed except the touch screen. Is there something I could've broken when replacing the screen and battery?

Answer this question I have this problem too

There could be missing components from the tablet's board, are you able to look closely around the display connectors to look for any missing parts?

I don't see any missing parts. I connected everything that I disconnected when removing the original screen. Both ribbon cables are connected properly to the panel and the board.
