Tesa Tape vs MMOBIEL tape

iFixit sells Tesa 61395, which i've read about a lot.

i've also seen recommendations on MMOBIEL B-7010
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PVY...

does anyone have experience with both and can comment on which is better?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I use the tesa tape or a very similar one, I quite like it. Not extremely sticky but certainly gets the job done. Can't comment on the MMOBIEL

how would you say tesa tape stacks up against the original screen-to-case seal that apple uses? that stretchy/stringy black gooey stuff that i just can't seem to find a good duplicate of.

ideally, i'd like to have both function and form be the same. the pre-cut screen seals (between the blue acetate sheets) are never exactly the right size and are definitely not as sticky as the apple stuff.

It's definitely not as strong when prying it open but it hasn't let go of anything yet.
