I removed my shift keycap but now it is sticking up.

I removed the keycap for my shift key because it had gotten sticky. However, when I tried to put it back, the bottom part sticks up when I press it.

Time to visit an Apple Store and let them fix it. I would say your sweater sleeve caught it, don’t volunteer you took it off.
