Why does my battery run out so fast?

My battery that I bought from you does not last more that 2hrs. It never lasted more than 2 hrs. I bought it because it was stated it would last longer.

Did you calibrate the battery and also make sure the battery was fully charged? How about installing the gem of an app CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the main window with the battery tab opened and post it here for us to see.
