My jbl link 20 pairing wont go on
I have a jbl link 20 and no matter how long i press the pairing button it wont go on. Please help

Hi,
Try resetting the speaker and check if that resolves the problem.

Thank you. I tried that twice. The way you do it is to press on the mute button for 20 seconds right?

Hold mute button for about 7 seconds until wifi light turns off.
Then hold both mute and power button for about 20 seconds.
