Miele dishwasher (G6660) door latch issue

I have an issue with my Miele dishwasher G6660.

At the end of the program, the door opens (auto-open) with a plastic latch retaining the door. However, at the end of the washing cycle, the door is now pushed open a lot wider as the retainer latch doesn’t hold it anymore.

I have tried the procedure with the spring mentioned above but it doesn’t work for me. It is even worse as the tension in the spring is too high now.

I cannot unscrew, it doesn’t turn the other way.

Do you you know how to unscrew to release the tension of the spring?
