Camera, Bluetooth, USB and card reader not working nor are they registered in device manager. Presuming a dead board of sorts. While the USB ports on the main board do not work, the html port does, who h are next to each other. Does the main board need replacing, or another board in the unit?

Check in BIOS usually under the Advanced menu to see if there are any setting options to enable/disable the USB port, the camera, the BT etc.
A lot of laptops have these settings in BIOS (maybe not all of them but some) so worth a check anyway. If they are disabled the hardware won't appear in Device Manager.
I can't find a user manual for your laptop where it shows the BIOS menus, they only mention how to get into BIOS. Press F2 at startup, before the laptop boots into Windows.

Well I will suggest to look for updating the outdated driver in case your driver are outdated and also check that your system is not missing an important driver if it missing an driver install that in your system.
And for bluethooth issue I will suggest to read this it might be helpful for you.
