Can keyboard operation be revived?
All keys on the keyboard are non-functional.

The cause of the problem is water damage on the main board. You'll need to take the device to a repair shop for them to test the main board(aka motherboard) to find the exact spot on the board where there's a short circuit.
If the phone powers on that can usually be fixed.
