my ex-client spilled tea on the laptop, and it take me 7 8 hour to open it, i cleaned everywhere but one of the flash storages is damaged, whats my options here?

Backup the users data ASAP! As you might not get a second chance.
The problem you face is two fold, having the proper gear to replace the flash chip as well as access to the needed part, then you have issue of the T2 chip which encrypts the data so you need to fully wipe all the flash chips and restore the users data
The better direction is just replacing the logic board as while the visible damage is around one of the flash chips. If the board is damaged or the solder pads for the chip it might not be repairable - Sorry
