PS4 slim disc problem

I disassembled my ps4 slim to remplace thermal paste and to clean the disc drive but I forgot to take out a disc from the disc drive so I removed the metal plate from the disc and the cd and I cleaned the lens and opened the door manually using the plastic screw but when I powered it on it won't take the drive the wheels won't even spin it just does nothing

And i noticed something when I powered it on a black game square with a disc symbol in it appeared for a moment and went away
