mac cannot open after replacing the battery (shut down at loading) even after resetting the smc. But can open when it’s charging. Weird part(after power up with the cable) is when plug in the cable, the battery sign will change to “using cable power& battery is not charging” then few minutes to “battery is charging”. The Apple Original battery will show “battery is charging” instantly .

mmm... So the batteries was made back in 2015 ?? This is a messed up battery! Get a replacement.

The manufacture date on iStatus is Feb 23, 2022, I don't know why there are two different date.
Maybe follow what Dan said and get a replacement as i don't think anyone knew how to create a battery for a product coming out in 4 years.
Also did this happen after something like a PRAM/SMC reset or was it out of the blue?
@Dennis Z - Where did you buy the battery? Was it the iFixit Store?
I've had issues fixed with bad info from Coconut Battery by updating my Coconut version.
@mayer - Good point! I shouldn't assume people do that as good practice.
