when iPhone is off, hard to turn on.

hello i have a problem on my iphone xr. when the iPhone is restarted, turned off, updated, the point is that if the phone is turned off, it can't be turned on as usual. and for now, my cellphone often turns itself off when I use it to play pubgm games (not until half an hour off). usually turns on by itself when I charge it for more than 3 hours, and even then without any notification of the battery being charged and nothing hot in the backdor. in the data analysis I found a panic full file which contains "panic(cpu 2 caller 0xfffffff01138f400): userspace watchdog timeout: no successful checkins from thermalmonitord since wake\nservice returned not alive with context : is_alive_func returned unhealthy : current 3fffffffffc, mask 13ffffffffeff, expected 13ffffffffeff . SD: 0 BC: 1 RC: -1 BS: 2, Missing sensor(s): TG0B TG1B \nservice.......(blablabla)". so where is the problem here? can it be fixed? Thank you in advance.

That specific panic indicates an issue with the battery. It is saying there is a sensor that is not checking in - TG0B and TG1B which are thermal sensors in the battery.

Sounds like a new battery is a good first step. I would also check your battery health. Which is in the battery settings. If it says Service then that's also a good indicator your battery is faulty.

thx for your feedback, for battery health in the settings shows a strip (-). because the battery has been replaced without using the original flexible. but in 3utools it shows 96% figure. and even then if the cellphone is correct even if the battery is correct, I have also tried the battery from another cellphone, but it always fails to turn it on normally using the power button, and when I charge it, there is still no battery charging indicator. I had to wait for my suspended phone to turn on by itself for more than 3 hours with the phone plugged into the charger.

@idk666 Got it. If it is having these sort of issues, and other batteries behave similarly, this sounds. This could it is very likely a board level issue. The XR in particular tends to be prone to issues with the charging chip (Yangzte), which also gets battery sensor data, and also specifically receives the "System Alive" signal referenced in your kernel panic.

This could be repaired and is pretty routine for people who do board level repair work. But to do it yourself you would need experience in soldering small BGA style chips.
