Hi Sxylena,

Somehow your Windows installation got messed up; as the error message states it could be from a hardware or software change. In any event, it's telling you that it can't repair itself without the installation disk or media. If you have an install disk or USB drive, then you should be able to insert it in the CDROM drive or USB port, whichever you have and boot to that drive. The install procedure will begin and should give you an option to repair your existing installation.

If you don't have the install media, Microsoft provides a support page with instructions on how to do create your own.

Create installation media for Windows

That page is good for Windows 7, 8.1, 10 and 11. If you're running something else, let us know and we can go from there.

I don’t have a usb and how do I create an installation media if I can’t go in my laptop?

Yeah, that's the catch; you need a computer to fix your computer, I understand. Unfortunately, there's not much I can do for you about either of those problems.

On the locked screen where you can't see the login screen, press any key or click the screen with your mouse. Doing so, it will take you to the next page. Then press the Ctrl key, Alt key, and Delete key at the same time. Then you'll be presented with the screen where you'll be prompted to enter the password.

Regards,
Peter
