Bootloop issue when front camera and Touch ID plugged

My iPhone 7 gone boot loop when I plugged my front camera and Touch ID.

When the front camera unplugged the phone will normally boot but didn’t have Touch ID function. So instead losing my front camera I not plugged the Touch ID.

Can anyone help me what’s gone wrong? So I could save my money to buy the replacements parts?

note: I’ve already restore my iPhone using iTunes. It didn’t changes anything

Answer this question I have this problem too

My wife's phone had the same problem on her iPhone 7 plus rather than your iPhone 7, but the fix should be the same.

In my case, replacing the Proximity Sensor Light Motion Flex Cable + Front Facing Camera (bought on eBay) resolved the issue. I tried all of the software solutions I could find on the internet with no luck until I ran across a post that talked about fixing the problem by unplugging the front camera. I did that and it worked and ultimately found that replacing that cable finally fixed it for good.

For your phone, my best guess would be to buy the iPhone 7 Front Camera and Sensor Cable, available here from the iFixit store. As a bonus, it also comes with all the tools needed to do the repair. You can also opt to buy just the part without the tool kit and display adhesive.

Complete instructions on this repair are available in the iPhone 7 Front Camera and Sensor Cable Replacement guide.

After replacing the camera and proximity sensor, did you have the function of Touch ID again?

I don't recall my wife's phone having any issues with Touch ID before the repair; I know everything worked correctly, including Touch ID, after I replaced the camera / proximity assembly.

It sounds like you have a micro tear on the touch flex cable, the one from the screen to logic board. This is a common issue when removing / replacing the iPhone 7 screen. You will need to replace the screen.
