Why does my ipad keep rebooting nonstop

it keeps rebooting and I can not turn it off and after it dies I turn it on and it does the same thing over and over again.

Is you power button on the device stuck? This is one potential cause of the boot loop you are experiencing. Another is software corruption. You can try forcing it into restore or DFU mode to reset.

Usually this failure is due to a broken FrontScreen /FaceID) assembly. If you disconnect it, the iPad will start fine, but you will not regain FaceID functionality (or you need to purchase a new FaceID cable and replace the sensor from the original cable).
