keyboard only write in capital and others trouble

today when i took by mac to work it wont boot up after long time now i working but have these stange problem<

i cannot play any video with it even the ones in youtube>

when i click a link it take it to reading list then i have to click it again from there to open it>

none of the sound and brighten button on keyborad isnt working

web cam not working>>

when i open it i have to write down password which

so many other thing< i dont know my kids steped on it or they did other thing to it because it is brand new one
