Replaced battery and sad face still shows up what can I do?
I just changed the battery to my ipod and it still shows the sad face. Do i have to change the hard drive also to solve this problem?

This is usually harddrive related, but try this first
BEFORE it crashes, press and hold the center button and play/pause buttons to force it into disk mode and restore it
If this does not work, harddrive is dead
