Installation of back seatbelts diagram or video

I have a 2004 F350 Superduty that has been missing the back seatbelts for a decade. It’s a 60/40 split seat.

I’m attempting to install them and can’t find where to bolt them down/in. They take the T55or 60 bolts, but I’m just not finding any information on getting them installed. Very frustrating. I’d appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!

Here's the Seat Beltsection from the 2004-2008 Ford F250/F350 service manual that may help.

Maybe try looking at p.46 of 85 & p. 65 of 85 (page numbering shown on screen header bar at top of document)
