The controller doesn't execute commands after launching a game or application (eg. "Press X" after the ea sports game intro)
All the other commands in the home screen work well, you can switch between game and app icon.

I'm not sure of an exact fix for this however I sometimes have this issue on my PS4 with streaming services. The controller works normally in the PS4 menu but once I start an app it doesn't respond in app. I've been able to get around this by opening the app then holding the PS button and turning the controller off and then back on and the issue goes away. Happened for about two weeks consistently and then stopped and hasn't done it since. Hope this helps!

Worked as of 7/29/23, held button until it turned off then turned it back on while in the app and it started moving
Not all the buttons work for me, if theres any other solutions please let me know. I do believe this is their way of eliminating ps4 players, forcing them to upgrade.
