Does anyone have a schematic for a Ryiobi BCL14181H charger?

I am looking for a schmatic for my charger to find out why it does not charge my batteries. I have more then one charger but this one does not charge.

I couldn't find schematics for your device but here you will find some likely answers as to fixing it, if you've got a working one it should be very helpful in tracking down the problem with a mutilmeter Just be careful of the potentially fatal electrical hazard in that puppy!
