CD ejects automatically and does not go back in

When i insert cd into cd rom it ejects automatically and does not go in again. If i try after a while then it goes in sometimes. There is no specific pattern, sometime i have to restart the ps4, sometime restarting works, sometime it doesn't.

Also when i insert the cd it goes in and comes out again but on the screen it shows the sign of a cd being read.
