I Dropped my Pixel 5 in Soy Sauce

I dropped my Pixel 5 into a bowl of soy sauce and now I'm having mic issues. When calling someone and putting it on speaker, the mic cuts in an out and sounds very muffled. Using the normal mic for normal calls works fine though. What would I need to replace?
