MacBook Air 2018 Keyboard Backlight Issues

I have a 2018 Macbook Air Retina. The problem with my mac is when I restart the PC and on the Login screen where I will enter my password, The keyboard backlight will be on and will goes offer after entering password and getting to the main window screen. The backlight wont work again and the settings to adjust the keboard backlight is not available at the keyboard preferences screen. Any help??

Try resetting the NVRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac
