Tastatur und Trackpad funktionieren nach Anmeldung nicht mehr

Hallo Leute,

ich habe ein MacBook Air 2017. Wenn ich mich anmelden will, dann funktioniert die Tastatur und das Trackpad noch aber nach der Anmeldung nicht mehr.

Was könnte das sein?

Wenn du vor der Anmeldung noch Zugriff auf die Tastatur hast, führe mal einen SMC Reset durch. Das könnte dein Problem lösen. Ansonsten, wenn die Funktionen vorher ja noch funktionieren, musst du vielleicht einmal den Rechner zurücksetzen. Ist mit viel Arbeit und Backup verbunden, könnte aber funktionieren, falls sich da irgendwas in der Software verhakt hat.
