Mac Mini won't turn on

I have a Mac mini 2011 A1347 that wont turn on, not even the fan. I tested the power supply and it was giving the correct voltage, the cable connecting the psu to the mb was broken so I bought a new one and still nothing, any idea?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

This could be any number of things. What is the history of the device, how did it come to be in a no power state?
