Can flexible be fixed?

I touched the flex cable as you can see it on the picture any chance to get it fix?

The images are not clear enough to see any damage.

Lets cut to the chase, is the display working or not? If not then you have no choice you’ll need to replace the display assembly. If the display is working then you only damaged the chin plate which can be replaced.

The screen works the camera, blacklight except the image. Do you have an image of the chin plate?

All depends how good you are with micro-soldering

It is possible and I know of people that can do it but I wouldn't call it a permanent fix as can always break again.

Would probably be better changing the full thing.

The ribbon cables are very fragile, more likely the cables pad has been ripped off so its just not there to re-attach as its gone.

Looking at the new uploaded picture I would agree with @danj the pads looks like they have been ripped off.
