Guide for beginer how to remove 8pin chip using solder station

Hi,

I’m new to soldering, I want to learn to remove and replace 8pin chip like this (RED ARROW in photo).

I brought a solder station with blower (hot air station), what is the ideal temperature (Celsius) setting for the blower and the power of the blower airflow?

I tested on a testing board and I somehow blow away the micro transistor (GREEN ARROWS in photo) around the 8pin chip, this is very hard to get right!

Any tips and guide how I should approach this?

I would use a concentrator nozzle to reduce the area being heated. I ended up modifying a few with even smaller and even a wedge shape orifice.
