Why is my disc drive not reading CDs for games or music CDs?

Whenever I insert a disk, my ps4 fails to keep the disk spinning, and it consistently makes ejecting sounds (disks do not eject randomly, it just makes the sound). I've opened and revised the interior, but everything seems to be in place, including the rollers. Nothing is stained/ dirty, not even the laser. I've tried rebuilding the PS4s database and update through safe mode, but nothing works. I've attempt to place my PS4 in various positions, and it doesn't work either, not even tapping around the area where the disk is. I need help.
