I was away a few weeks and now my whirlpool quiet partner 1 dishwasher motor is frozen. I removed the kick plate but I can't seem to 'spin the motor' manually. Thanks for help

It sounds like you have a general idea of mechanics if you've reached the kick plate. Is there play at all or is it 100% frozen? Are you sure it's the motor and not the drive line (Sorry I don't know if your gear or pulley or direct drive.) If you can confirm that the motor is what's frozen, remove it and see if you can open it. There are two likely problems, a blown bearing or a thrown magnet or wire. If you can open the motor, it should become fairly obvious which it is. Let us know what you find!
