What does blinking LEDs 1 and 2 mean?

iMac 21.5” does not power up, no chime is heard. I know that LED codes are: LED 1 on= trickle voltage from power supply is detected by logicboard. LED2 on= logic board has detected proper power from the power supply when the computer is turned on.

The problem is BOTH LEDs 1 and 2 are BLINKING (not ON continuously) when I connect the AC power cable to the mains wall socket. What problem does this point to?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

The RAM is permanently soldered to the logicboard in this model, and cannot be replaced.

Dan, when I press the power button, the 2 other LEDs remain unlit, #1 and #2 LEDs turn off. When I release the power button, LEDs #3 and 4 remain off and #1 and #2 start to blink again.

@Bernie - Sorry your right! One of the few iMacs with soldered RAM.

I think your logic board is blown then.
