Press power button multiple times to on

Hi, i have a macbook pro 13” Late 2011, to on the power button has to be pressed multiple times. If pressed once only, the Macbook will switch on without chime and display

I have tried SMC and NVRAM reset, disconnecting the keyboard and switching the macbook on with the pins on the motherboard, the same thing happens

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

I would try to run the onboard diagnostics to see if an error pops. Restart your system and press the D key. Did you get any errors. Apple messed up the systems firmware so its possible your system won't run the diagnostics.

Reference: Mac startup key combinations

In addition your battery is likely in trouble given your systems age. Let’s get a better view of things, install this gem of an app! CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see Adding images to an existing question
