Dryer Overheating Since Stacking

I recently stacked my dryer on top of my washer. A couple days in, I’ve noticed that getting very, very hot, even on the low temperature setting.

Is this more likely due to the fact that my exhaust pipe kinks behind it now (it kinks twice), or a problem with some internal part?

Options

If the exhausted is blocked, of course it is going to overheat. If you can’t get the hose unkinked you will need to put it back in its original configuration.
