One capsule is locked and I cannot open the handle. What should I do?

The handle is locked, just after I put new capsule in.

When trying to operate the machine, I heard strange noise from inside, so I stopped teh machine immediately.

The handle is locked !

How can I release it ?

There is a small handle inside, which can be used to release the outside metal handle.
