Mac turn itself while connected to power, not on battery

Hi!

I have a Mac air a1369. It turns itself the moment I plug it to the wall. Without pressing a power button.

But when its on a battery it doesn’t turn on. Battery is ok.

When its working and I disconnect the power cable it runs off the battery just fine.

Any ideas what can be the problem? SMC chip?

Thanks

Sadly your battery has hit its limit! Batteries wear-out by both time (years) and number of cycles.

Your battery is 6.5 years old and has 960 cycles. Here’s a bit more on the max lifespan of a battery by cycle Determine battery cycle count for Mac notebooks
