Where is the microphone on the Nexus S

Wife dropped phone in toilet. After drying out everything still works except she can't be heard speaking - she can hear just fine, texting, etc.. - works. In my search for spare parts, i can't find the mic listed anywhere. Does anyone know if it's imbedded in some other component and if so, which one?

thanks

PB

The microphone chip seals a small black rubber box. This box has a hole on the side that is the input for the voice.

This small rubber box has a smaller still cloth inside it between the chip and the outside. I suppose it is a pop filter for the mic not to capture the annoying sound of wind.

This small rubber box is glued to the board. It is possible to detach it, wash it with water and detergent, dry and it still sticks to the board.

Once reassembled, the sound is captured normally again.

My Nexus S took a dive with me in the pool. I opened and dried everything, but this small cloth inside the box must have been blocked with the anti-corrosive oil I sprayed on it.
