Is there a replacement to the backlight on my keyboard?

The backlight on my keyboard begins to fade away starting from the top left to the bottom right. Is there any way I could fix this or purchase a replacement to install?

Replace the keyboard.

It is going to be tricky especially if you want it to look as good as new.
