Hey there,
Customer broke sim card in sim tray so I opened the phone it. It works but upon reassembly the ear speaker works but, when i click speakerphone i do not hear anything. What I am confused about is the loudspeaker is working on youtube so I cannot deduce what the issue may be.
Any ideas? Thanks!

When I had this issue on my phone, it was determined to be a glitch that could not be repaired. Google replaced the phone for free. I know that this doesn't resolve the issue but it may point you in the right direction.
