Weird Screen Pixeling, what to do?

Since a few weeks I have noticed this weird screen pixelation when in a dark environment. Any answer as to what this might be? I tried getting it for repairs but apparently apple thinks there is nothing wrong with it? Whats my best bet? see below, this is near the bottom side

Get Apple to look at it again, or have them check their eyesight.

I did, twice. This is the same thing what happened with the yellowing of my 2015 Macbook. It is a sign of overheating but apparently they can't do anything about it because its insignificant.
