one reason why your board may not be moving after installing new belts could be due to improper tensioning of the belts. Belts that are too loose or too tight can cause issues with movement and may even damage the motor or bearings.

Another possibility could be that the motor is not receiving sufficient power from the battery. This can happen if the battery is not fully charged or if there is a fault with the battery or charging system.

It's also possible that there may be an issue with the motor or the controller, which can cause problems with movement. In some cases, the motor may need to be replaced or repaired to resolve the issue.

Lastly, it's important to ensure that the wheels are properly aligned and free from any obstructions. Any debris or misalignment can cause issues with movement and may prevent the board from moving properly.

If you're experiencing issues with your board after installing new belts, it's important to check all of these potential causes and make any necessary adjustments or repairs. It's always best to consult with a professional if you're unsure about how to properly diagnose and fix any issues with your electric skateboard.
