Why is there a single pixel line down my screen?

When I upgraded my iMac HDD Fusion to SSD and NVRam SSD, when I replaced the screen, I have a single green line down my screen to the right. I was EXTREMELY CAREFUL with the screen when pulling off the old adhesive and reattaching and there is no damage to the screen, so I have no idea how or why this line appeared. Could it be a software glitch and is there a way to fix it?

I can deal with it but it is VERY annoying!

You have a LCD TAB error which is caused by either physical damage or a defect in manufacturing.

In this case I fear you inserted your tools a bit to far in, hitting the display panel ribbon cables.
