Check your line cord and the connector ends wall outlet and system. Use a a multimeter to make sure the cord is working.

Are you sure the outlet its self is properly wired? Get a simple Outlet checker to make sure.

Also check the case connections from cord to power supply that could be bad. Do you get AC power to the power supply?

Thank you for your answer.

I try cord from another iMac still not have any light on. I don't know if is a power supply?

I live on Bora Bora island and the technician does want to work with any mac product. :( the only way is for me to check on the internet but all diagnostic that I have seen most doesn't much with my problem. I wondering if is a power supply that I can order to replace.

I am not able to check 100 % that I getting AC power to the power supply.

Does PRAM battery have anything with this situation?

All my diagnostic LED are OFF

Best, Sasha

You need to check the power supply using a volt meter to see if the power supply is getting AC power If it is then the power supply is bad. If not then the case socket or cord is bad.
