Xperia 1 mk 2 Audio problem during phone call

Solely during phonecalls with wired earphone (it dosnt matter if they are usb-c or jack 3.5mm)

I just have to start a call, no need for the interlocutor to answer, from the start i can hear noises from my mic.

More precisely, if i blow to the mic i can hear the wind effect on my ear.

I find it very annoing because i often use it for work and i drive buses and if i call when driving i can hear the mic rub to my clothes.

As soon as i end the call this thing stops.

By contacting the assistance we try to:

1 “safe mode”

2 reset to factory

3 reset to factory using my pc and sony app

4 phone repair by sony

I tried to call using app like whatsapp or telegram but, during the call by those app this annoyng thing didnt arise.

earphone tried:

Bose sound sport jack 3.5mm

Apple earpods jack 3.5

Fiio F9 jack 3.5

Google pixel auricolari usb-C

with all these the same problem, tried to other smartphone and they worked perfectly.

Did anyone find out about this and have a way to resolve?

Esclusivamente durante le chiamate telefoniche, con auricolari con cavo (indipendentemente con attacco da 3.5mm o usb-c).

Basta far partire la chiamata, non serve che l'interlocutore risponda, nel momento che parte in cuffia riesco a sentire i rumori provenienti dal microfono.

Più precisamente se soffio sul microfono sento l'effetto vento in cuffia. Trovo la cosa fastidiosa perché Guido spesso per lavoro e se chiamo mentre guido sento lo strofinare del microfono sui vestiti.

Appena chiudo la chiamata l'effetto smette immediatamente.

Contattato l'assistenza abbiamo provato a:

1 modalità provvisoria.

2 ripristino da telefono.

3 ripristino da computer.

4 riparazione del telefono.

Ho provato a chiamare con app tipo WhatsApp e telegram ma, durante l'uso di queste app l'effetto non compare.

Cuffie provate:

Bose sound sport jack 3.5mm

Apple earpods jack 3.5

Fiio F9 jack 3.5

Google pixel auricolari usb-C

Con tutte queste lo stesso problema, provati su altri telefoni funzionano correttamente.

A qualcuno è successo una cosa simile?
