Touch Bar Not Working when microphone cable connected

I have an issue with my Mac recently I have replaced the keyboard and after few Days Touch Bar Stop Working I have replaced Touch Bar also no luck. soo..

I have remove Microphone Cable and surprisingly Touch Bar Working.. is this issue with microphone cable ? and microphone works Perfect when connected but touchBar Goes off
