Screen still broken after replacing LVDS cable - GPU working fine

Block Image

I recently replaced the battery in my MBP retina mid2014, everything went fine but I must have killed my display in some sort. The image on the display is completely distorted and unusable, but the laptop works perfectly fine with external displays.

I just replaced the LVDS cable of the device in the hopes of getting it fixed that way but the problem persists. LVDS connector on the logic board broken? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Answer this question I have this problem too
