Battery charges and is seen by OSX but will not power MacBook A1466

I have two computers that are identical model and year A1466 2014.

One is a client’s and the other is my personal. I used a part on my personal to diagnose an issue on the clients machine, turns out it was just a damaged keyboard cable.

Now upon putting my MacBook air back together the battery will not power the machine. OS-X recognizes the battery and can charge it but as soon as the plug is pulled the computer shuts off. It won’t turn on, on battery power either.

I have swapped batteries and same problem. Both batteries work fine in the other MacBook. The other battery will not power my MacBook. I have tried SMC and PRAM resets multiple times.

I have examined the port where the battery plugs in on the logic board and there is no damage. I have checked the voltage in several places on the logic board and it is giving me the proper reading in all areas.

It was working absolutely fine before and I have dissembled this MacBook several times with no issues.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated

I would check the Keyboard cable which is connected into the trackpad MacBook Air 13" Early 2014 Trackpad Replacement I would also try swapping out the trackpad as well.
