Do you mean that you wish to use the phone in another country?

If so your phone may be “locked” to the mobile phone network that it is currently connected to.

Contact your mobile phone service provider and request the unlock code for the phone.

You will also need to know the phone’s IMEI number to be able to unlock it.

To find the IMEI number :

From the Home screen, touch Apps > Touch Settings > Scroll to and touch About device > Touch Status > Touch IMEI information > Your 15-digit IMEI number will display, along with other IMEI data. Depending on your location you may need to pay to get the unlock code from your service provider.

Once it is unlocked you will be able to use SIM cards in the phone from other service providers most anywhere in the world as long as their network frequencies are supported by the phone. This information should be available on the prospective phone network provider’s website
